Codex usage-limit reset reportedly completed; scope remains unconfirmed

A social-media post says usage limits were reset by an OpenAI Codex product leader. Prior posts support that similar resets have been issued to paid users, but the precise scope, trigger, and affected products in this instance are not fully confirmed by primary evidence.

The candidate cites a brief reply attributed to Tibo Sottiaux stating that a reset was completed. Other posts attributed to the same X account say paid-plan Codex limits were reset after reliability incidents, while a separate announcement referred to paid users of both Codex and ChatGPT Work.

The supplied evidence does not include a complete primary copy of the specific post cited by the candidate or an official service notice for this event. It is therefore not possible to verify whether every paid tier was included, whether other services were affected, or whether the action was compensation for an outage. Secondary accounts also make inconsistent or unsupported claims about reset schedules, models, and user counts.

technews.tw · Complementar
