MiniMax has partnered with Ollama to provide Day-0 availability for its newly unveiled MiniMax M3.1 Flash model on Ollama Cloud. Developers can interact with the model via Ollama's standard CLI workflow or integrate it directly into agentic development environments such as Claude Code.

The deployment on Ollama Cloud is hosted exclusively in the United States and adheres to a strict zero data retention policy. Built to optimize the economics of agentic workflows, M3.1 Flash incorporates native image understanding alongside an expansive 1-million-token context window designed for intensive coding and long-form task execution.

To mark the release, Ollama and MiniMax are offering free cloud access to M3.1 Flash for the first three days, allowing developers to test and deploy agent workflows without upfront token costs.
